Brent and his team provide full-spectrum legal services to technology companies and entrepreneurs, especially complex technology transactions for healthcare companies. 

Brent occasionally teaches classes on creativity and entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa.

A long time ago, Brent was a computer scientist. He has a wicked, cool, education.

Some reporter once said Brent was “arguably the most sought after one-man think tank for entrepreneurs across Central Florida.” Brent has spent a lot of time advising technology companies. He currently spends a lot of time doing that in San Francisco, CA, and Tampa, FL.

A couple of years ago, Brent wrote a book on IP law. A million years ago, Brent founded Britton Silberman & Cervantez, LLP, a “young, hip, cool, and fun” law firm in San Francisco.

Brent is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Florida. He is rated AV-preeminent by Martindale-Hubble, and he is listed annually among the Florida Legal Elite and the Best Lawyers in America. In 2007, he delivered a distinguished alumni lecture at the MIT Media Laboratory.
